This way we can assess if it will be financially beneficial to switch to another lender or stay with your current lender. We take into account any fees which would be payable if you do switch, these may include broker, lender arrangement, valuation and legal fees.
It may be worth noting that many lenders offer free valuation and legal fees on remortgages.

We will charge an engagement fee of £ 99 at agreement in principle stage and then a broker admin fee of up to 1% of the mortgage advance. This is payable on application. The amount we will charge will depend on the amount of research and administration that is required.
